Tips And Tricks:

1. Drink LOTS of water to fill stomach.

Water helps fill the stomach and make yourself less hungry and it also helps you keep hydrated. 

2. Stop eating fast food. 

I know its hard. But, fast food is really bad for you.  The greese and fats and calories are very high.  If you are going to go to a fast food resturuant get something healthy like a salad.

3. limit sweets.

I get it, candys and sweets are really good.  But, also really high on calories.  So having less candy and sweets is the best thing for you.  And maybe every once in a while allow yourself a chocolate bar but, not every day.

4. Eat more fruits.

Fruits are very good for you and low on calories.  Plus they have lots of natuarl sugars to keep your engery up.

5. Eat more veggies.

Veggies are very good for you, and very low on calories.  One cup of peas only has 60 calories and greenbeans has 25 calories per cup as well.  They always help hunger too.

6. Learn your BMI.

BMI is very important. so make sure you stay in the underweight or healthy weight.

7. Count Calories.

Counting calories is the best way to know how much you want to eat.  Try to write down what your eating every day or make a meal plan before hand so you know not to over eat.

8. Count calories burned.

Counting the calories you burn is better than the ones you intake.  Try to burn twice as much as you intake.

9. Eat Breakfest everyday.

Breakfest is the most important meal of the day, it boosts your metabolism and its the easiest for your body to burn.

10. Get smaller plates.

So you eat less. Duh.

11. Get darker plates.

Darker plates make you feel less hungry when your eating.

12. Eat slowly.

Take your time.  don't shove it all down your throat.  Make sure you can taste the taste of it before you swallow.

13. Cut food into smaller bites.

If your like me, I'm too lazy to cut up my food into smaller bites.  But, its a lot better to do.  It makes you eat less and feel fuller. 

14. Take sips of water between bites.

Helps fill up stomach.

15. Eat one slice of bread before a big meal.

Bread has 2g of fiber (thats 7%) so it helps fill you up so you don't feel like eating too much.

16. Stop eating when you're full. 

I know its hard, believe me.  But, when you feel full you just have to push that food up.  You don't NEED to keep eating.

17. Set small goals.

try to lose a couple pounds in a week.  Don't try to lose a whole lot of weight in a little bit of time. Because knowing anything, it might not happen.  So just set five pound goals or something small.

18. Never give up.

Sometimes you'll feel hopeless and like you can't lose the weight but, you can.  Be strong.

19. Look at thinspo when hungry.

If you like to be inspired look at thinspo, a bunch of thin, thin girls.  Looking beautiful.  If you like to be warned, look at reverse thinspo, a lot of fat people who warn you not to be like that.  Just go on Youtube and look it up.

20. Start a thinspo journal.

Keep a Journal full of pictures of thin girls, tips and tricks, diets, quotes. Etc.

21. Eat naked in fornt of the mirror.

You'll be so grossed out you won't even want to eat anymore.
